Cross

The cross is the first step in the Fridrich method, and although it is apart of the F2L, we are going to isolate it as it's own step for complication reasons. The cross consists of putting the only 4 edges of a face in their correct positions, that is; orientated and permuted, so that the 4 F2L C/E pairs can be placed in the next step of F2L. The cross is fairly intuituve and should require a maximum of 7-8 moves to complete.
